The Surrey Board of Trade joins a nation-wide coalition that includes major industry and sector organizations, businesses and individuals who want to help get Canadians back together, faster. This is a voluntary effort of a wide variety of people working together to promote COVID-19 vaccine acceptance and help speed a recovery from this pandemic.
“By joining this coalition, it adds to our Say Yes to Vaccination Campaign,” said Anita Huberman, CEO, Surrey Board of Trade.
Bruce Anderson, one of Canada’s most respected pollsters and communications counselors with Abacus Data, along with Hassan Yussuff, President of the Canadian Labour Congress have convened this group effort.
“Surrey is the hardest hit area in the Fraser Health region. We need to work together, utilizing our vast connections, to boost local vaccination rates.”
We look forward to Surrey achieving a high immunization threshold – and ultimately community immunity.
