The Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade (SWRBOT), with BC Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction funding, has undertaken the research and  development of a Surrey Workforce Strategy to determine Surrey’s current and anticipated labour market demand, supply and gaps for the next ten years. The Project culminated in a report that identified key trends and needs and a strategy for working with employers and other partners in Surrey to address priority labour market needs.

SWRBOT retained PEERs Consulting to manage this project and created a Steering Committee to advise on the strategy development. It also retained Human Capital Strategies (HCS) to conduct the research, engagement, strategy development and business implementation planning on SWRBOT’s behalf.
