The judging criteria are:
- Must be working on/worked on a business or community project in Surrey or White Rock (including students) and/or;
- Must be working in the Surrey or White Rock business community and/or;
- Must be contributing/ have recently contributed to a business or community-related project in Surrey or White Rock and;
- Must be 25 years of age or younger before April 1, 2026.
- Elected officials are not eligible to apply.
- Previous winners of the award may not be nominated again for a three year period.
