Semiahmoo Arts Society (SAS) is a community organization and registered charity serving the Surrey and White Rock area. SAS programs include visual art, pottery, and performing arts taught by artists and art educators; support for artists through memberships and exhibitions; community outreach programs for seniors, families, adults living with developmental disabilities, and children with special needs; as well as facility rentals, team building workshops, birthday parties, and a gift shop. Established in 1974, the Semiahmoo Arts Society operates the arts space in the South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre, including the Turnbull Gallery, the Funke Family Visual Arts Studio, and a 14-wheel pottery studio.
