Confidential Reporting

The Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. To support this commitment, we provide confidential channels for employees, volunteers, and members to report suspected improper activities – without fear of retaliation.

How to Report a Concern

Please see the list below of contacts to report any suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour, or policy violations to. You may also call 604.581.7130 and ask to make a confidential report.

Please put ‘confidential’ in the subject line. All reports will be handled promptly and with discretion.

Protection from Retaliation

No individual who reports a concern in good faith will face retaliation. Retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

Confidentiality

We will make every effort to protect the identity of individuals who report concerns. You may choose to remain anonymous, but providing your contact information may help us conduct a more thorough investigation.
